How it works

Three steps to your first ranked match

1

Join or open a match

Browse open 2v2 matches near your level, or create your own and share the link. Sort out the details in the match chat.

2

Play for real

Book any court in Copenhagen like you always do. PadelPVP works with every club — no partnerships required, no lock-in.

3

Report the score, earn ELO

One player submits the result, rivals confirm it. Your ELO updates, MVP votes are cast, and your card gets better — or worse.

Divisions

Seven divisions. One ladder. Where do you land?

Your first 10 matches calibrate you. Every match after that counts for promotion — or relegation.

Your card

Your padel career, on one card

Every match you play writes your story: a living player card you can share anywhere.

Copenhagen

Built for padel players in Copenhagen

Copenhagen's padel scene is exploding — but finding padel players at your level still means group chats, guesswork, and lopsided matches. PadelPVP is padel matchmaking done properly: every open match shows the ELO of who's in it, so you know the game will be tight before you book a court.

It works with any club or court in the city. Play where you always play — every result moves you up (or down) the Copenhagen ranking.

FAQ

Questions, answered

What is PadelPVP?

PadelPVP is a free web app for ranked padel matchmaking in Copenhagen. You join open 2v2 matches at your level, earn a chess-style ELO rating from real results, and climb a seven-division ladder from Wood to Elite. Every player gets a shareable card with their rating, win rate, and MVP votes.

How do I find padel players in Copenhagen at my level?

Sign up, play 10 calibration matches, and the ladder places you in one of seven divisions. From there, open matches show you players around your ELO rating, so every game is competitive — not a stomp.

What is ELO in padel?

ELO is the rating system used in chess, adapted to 2v2 padel. Beat stronger opponents and your rating jumps; lose to weaker ones and it drops. Your ELO decides your division and your place in the Copenhagen ranking.

Is PadelPVP free?

Yes. Creating your player card, joining matches, earning ELO, and climbing divisions is completely free. You only pay for your court, directly with the club, like always.

Do I need a partner to join a match?

No. You can join any open 2v2 match solo and get matched with a partner, or team up with a regular partner and climb the duo ranking together.

Which padel courts in Copenhagen can I play at?

Any of them. PadelPVP is court-agnostic: pick any club or court in Copenhagen, agree on it in the match chat, book it as usual, and report the score afterwards.

How do divisions and promotion work?

There are seven divisions: Wood, Iron, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond, and Elite. Your first 10 matches calibrate your starting point. After that, your ELO decides promotion and relegation — win consistently and you move up.

Your first 10 matches decide your division.
